W ↑: Row forwards continuously
S ↓: Row backwards / slow forward drift
A ←: Turn the boat left
D →: Turn the boat right

Hold to repeat complete strokes. Combine forward and turn to curve. Release to lift your paddle; the boat keeps its momentum. Each player controls their own paddle, so coordinate with your crew. Red-marked obstacles break the boat on contact.

Escape opens the game menu.
